The payment procedure is quick and easy: all you have to do is select the payment option you wish to use on your customer file when you register, or when you make an order.
Payment by Bank Transfer in advance: indicate "BANK TRANSFER" as the payment option on your customer file. Bank Transfer payment must be made in advance. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive the details of our bank account to which the bank transfer must be made; the goods will be dispatched (if in stock) as soon as we receive confirmation from our bank that payment has been made. Be so kind to write order number on bank transfer description.

Payment by Credit Card: indicate "CREDIT CARD" as the payment option on your customer file. Payment by personal credit card is possible for all orders, depending on the credit limit of the card. The transaction goes through in real time, on a protected connection (https) through PayPal, and the goods will be dispatched immediately (if in stock) as soon as the transaction has been completed successfully.Payments made by PayPal service are safe and reliable. Cash on delivery (VALID ONLY FOR DELIVERY IN ITALY): indicate “CASH ON DELIVERY” as payment on your customer file. Payment made by Cash on delivery is possible only for order of 250,00 Euro maximum total amount, and it is subjected to price rise that will be indicated on this payment selection. The payment to the courier must be done only by cash.
Each sale is made ex-warehouse of customer. All transport operations will be arranged by INAUDI COMMERCIALE srl, and expenses incurred for transport will be charged in the customer invoice. Transport cost for goods and possible “cash on delivery” payment will be calculated in the order amount. INAUDI COMMERCIALE srl answers for possible damage caused by the courier only if the damage is found at the moment of parcel collection in the presence of the courier and, therefore, is indicated in writing on consignment bill (the indication of damage must be indicated on both copies of consignment bill, addressee’s copy and courier’s copy). Customer must inform INAUDI COMMERCIALE srl about the occurred damage and send copy of the relative consignment bill by fax or e-mail within 3 days from the receiving of the goods. The company will not answer for late communications and/or communications without written indications on consignment bill. In particular conditions, when the damage is not evident at the moment of collection, accept the goods indicating on consignment bill “with reservation of verification”.
Provided no other arrangements have been agreed upon between the parties and specified in the order, INAUDI COMMERCIALE srl is free to choose the carrier; otherwise, the CUSTOMER must arrange for his/her courier to collect the goods carriage forward from the INAUDI COMMERCIALE srl warehouse no later than 4 (four) days after the date set for the delivery of the relative order. In this case, all the costs and risks pertaining to transport, including those incurred while the goods are held with the carrier, will be paid fully by the CUSTOMER.
All costs, including costs for in-hold at forwarder’s warehouse, will be charged fully to the customer in the following circumstances:
- If the CUSTOMER refuses to accept delivery from the carrier
- If the CUSTOMER cannot be contacted on workdays during office hours
- In all cases, INAUDI COMMERCIALE srl reserves the unchallengeable right to make partial deliveries unless otherwise specified in the order.
- The goods will be sent only after payment has been received.
Goods will be sent by express courier, which offers a 24/48 working hour service (in Italy) from the departure of the goods (the schedule is approximate and can be modified in particular period of the year or for particular locations). For foreign countries time of delivery will be longer, depending on country of destination. Our system will recognise the articles selected by you; it will set their weight and will then suggest the most suitable method of dispatch and the relative cost, which may be calculated and considered in advance, with no obligation to complete the order. Deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not available.
Shipment by POSTE ITALIANE (only for Italy)
This service offers delivery in 3 or 4 working days from the departure of the goods. The schedule is approximate and can be modified in particular period of the year or for particular locations.
The order must weigh less than 30 kilos. Our system will recognise automatically the weight of the goods and will suggest the most suitable method of dispatch.
Poste Italiane service allows you to collect your order directly from the Post office of your town, in case the carrier doesn’t find you at the shipment address. Your order will stay at your disposal in the Post office for 7 working days within whom you must collect the goods.
