Conditions for exercising right of withdrawal

In compliance with the terms of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15/01/1992 and Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999, customers acting for reasons not connected and/or ascribable to professional business activity may withdraw from the purchase contract and obtain reimbursement of the amount paid, without additional costs or penalties other than the expenses relating to the delivery and return of the goods, in accordance with the terms indicated herein.
All the withdrawl of purchased products must be authorized by INAUDI CLEMENTE & C. srl that will provide all the information for the correct return of the goods. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging (with the guarantee seals, where present, intact). If the goods are damaged, incomplete or without the guarantee seals, INAUDI CLEMENTE & C. srl reserves the right not to accept the return.Cash on delivery parcels will be not accepted.

The customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within a maximum of ten working days from the receiving of the product/s purchased, by sending within 10 working days to INAUDI CLEMENTE & C. srl a registered mail with return receipt indicating the intention to return the goods, or by sending notification of return by Fax, to be followed within 48 hours by a registered mail with return receipt.

In the working days following the notification of return, the customer will receive a telephone call and/or email with instructions on how to return the goods, at his/her expenses. Transport costs for returns will be paid fully by the customer.

Once the goods have been received, INAUDI CLEMENTE & C. srl will contact the customer to define the terms of reimbursement, which will take place as agreed, by bank transfer made out to the name indicated on the invoice of the products returned and sent to him within 30 (thirty) days from the return of the products.
